Construction of the 200-key Second Nature hotel at Lisbon Street, previously announced as room2, is progressing well, five months on from the groundbreaking in May.
The concrete core has now reached level 14, and the ground-floor frame is under way, with Caddick Construction on site as main contractor.
The hotel forms Phase 2 of Marrico’s Lisbon Street masterplan on the site of the former Leeds International Pool, alongside the completed Threadworks scheme. Completion remains on programme for spring 2028.
