Lisbon Street, Leeds

The site was acquired from Leeds City Council and comprises a 2.5-acre prime City Centre location.

Planning permission was secured in April 2022 for a comprehensive mixed-use development including 578 residential apartments, 548 purpose-built student accommodation beds, a 200 bed hotel, and 120,000 sq ft of Grade A office space.

Phase 1, the student accommodation scheme, has been completed in time for the September 2025 academic year and is operated by Mozzino under the Threadworks brand.

Phase 2, the 200-bed hotel, is due to start on site in May 2026, with completion targeted for May 2028.

Phase 3, comprising 578 residential apartments, is scheduled to commence on site in 2026.
