The site was purchased from Leeds City Council. This is a 2.5 acre site in a prime location within the City Centre.
We received planning permission for the development in April 2022 comprising of 578 Apartments, 548 Student Beds, 168 bed Hotel and 120,000 sq ft of grade A office space.
Works have begun on site for phase 1 which is the Student Accommodation block which will be operated by CA Ventures.
Construction on Phase 2 for the Residential element, 578 apartments, is scheduled to start on site in 2025.
