Sovereign Square Hyatt, Leeds

This site was purchased from Leeds City Council under a development finance agreement. We completed on the land purchase in May 2022.
Planning permission was received for a 12 story 305 bed Hyatt Hotel which features a ground floor restaurant and rooftop bar with views across Leeds City Centre.
Construction works began in May 2022 and we are due to complete in summer 2024.
