Central square comprises of 201,000 sq ft of AAA quality offices and 20,000 sq ft of supporting leisure and retail. The development has the benefit of 128 car spaces and 64 bicycle spaces. The development was completed in summer 2016.
Central Square was the first multi-let office building within the UK to achieve BREEAM Oustanding.
Marrico won the Property Deal of the Year award at 2015 Yorkshire Property Awards for leading the first speculative office development in Leeds for 8 years.
